There is no wrong with dreaming of a great body. Some people would want to add some pounds on
their body, while most people would want to lose weight. But, in general, it would be stupid and not
healthy for people to add or lose weight fast.
The safe way is not the drastic way, you would just need to add or lose
weight gradually. This means that you would be enjoying a longer and healthier life. The problem is that most people nowadays are
in a hurry to get in shape and they tend to rely on the quickest way.

Here are two reasons to avoid rapid weight loss:
- Rapid weight gain and weight loss would expose you to a lot of treats (health risks). One of the affected organs is the heart because we are not giving the heart to adjust in the rapid weight gain or weight loss. The heart gets over strained as it pumps so many bloods at the same time. This usually result to high blood pressure and inconsistent heart rhythms. That is why; it would be advisable to consider the weight loss diet that you use since it would affect the heart.
- Also, it is hard to maintain rapid weight loss or weight since it is not normal. This result to gaining weight or losing weight in unhealthy way since it can’t be sustained in the long run. When you are in this diet, you usually end up in an altered metabolic rate, so when you get back to your original diet, there is a high chance that you won’t be able to handle the changes and that would result getting fatter over a short period of time. Of course, that won’t be healthy and that would affect your overall health. This result to feeling fatigue most of the time and makes you prone to nausea. And because you would lack nutrients in your body, you are more prone to infections.
It is
always advisable to lose weight or gain weight gradually, so that the body
could adjust to it. Remember that your
diet program should promote a healthy weight.
